This Damper recipe is simple, quick and uses basic pantry items ready to cook while on the road.
As you may have seen in our YouTube channel we quite like to cook on the run to save time and make things easier while on trips and tours.
There are so many things you can cook in the Travel Buddy oven from main meals, sweet treats and delicious savory items.
This Damper is one that does not disappoint.
We like to prepare our damper dough in the morning before we leave so that it can cook while travelling to our first stop for a bit of morning tea.

Easy Damper
These ingredient are all pantry staples, and works with Gluten Free Flour. *
Prep time: approx 15 mins. Cooking time: 45mins to an hour in the Travel Buddy Oven on 180 degree.
Ingredients
2 cups Self raising flour
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp butter
1 cup Milk *more for GF Flour
